Thank you for choosing Mentors' Learning. We strive to deliver high-quality courses that meet our learners’ expectations. Please carefully review our return and refund policy outlined below, as it governs all purchases of courses on our platform.

Non-Refundable Policy
Mentors' Learning maintains a strict no-refund policy for all courses. Upon purchase, course access is immediate, and we are unable to provide refunds for any reason. However, we are pleased to offer course transfers in select circumstances as outlined below.

Course Transfer Eligibility
If you are unable to proceed with the purchased course or wish to enroll in a different course, we offer a one-time transfer option. To initiate this, please submit a request within 24 hours of purchase. Transfer eligibility is contingent on the following criteria:

  • Course Change or Upgrade:
    1. If you wish to switch to another course, Mentors' Learning will provide a voucher for the value of the originally purchased course. 
    2. If the new course is higher in price you will need to pay the price difference through one of our accepted payment methods.
    3. If the new course is lower in price a voucher for the price difference will be issued for future use on the platform.


  • Course Type Correction:
In cases where a course was mistakenly purchased as a live class instead of a recorded version (or vice versa), we will facilitate a transfer to the correct course format.

How to Request a Course Transfer
To request a transfer, please follow these steps:
  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@mentorslearning.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include the email address and phone number associated with your Mentors' Learning account, along with details of the course you wish to transfer from and the course you wish to transfer to.
  2. Complete the Transfer Request Form: Upon receiving your email, our support representative will SMS a secure form for you to complete the transfer request. Accurate completion of this form is necessary to process your request.

Important Notes on Transfer Requests
  • Time Limitation: Requests received after the 24-hour window from the time of purchase will not be eligible for transfer consideration.
  • Resource Usage Limitation: If you have accessed more than five paid videos or other key resources of the course before the transfer request, the request will not be valid.

When Transfers Are Not Applicable
  • A transfer request will not be considered valid under the following circumstances:
  • Time Elapsed: If more than 24 hours have passed since the course purchase. 
  • Certificate Earned: If you have already earned your course certificate within the 24-hour transfer request window.
  • Progress Exceeds Limits: If you have completed significant portions of the course, such as viewing over five paid videos, completing quizzes or tests, or downloading course materials.

Additional Terms
All transfers will be processed within 7–10 business days upon confirmation. Mentors' Learning will communicate the transfer status and any additional payment requirements through email.
